How do you find out the truth of who you are? Simply by experiencing it.

What seems trickier for many of us is TRUSTING that what we experience is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. We have assumed that who we are is hard to find and complicated, but actually the Truth is super-simple - and the mission here is to know this without any doubt. This workshop is about doubt-busting.

We take a deeper exploration into the whole human enchilada. Our minds are naturally peaceful until . . . we have a thought, and then we choose to believe that thought, and that disrupts our experience of peace. So let's question the thoughts we choose to believe and put them through a "truth test".

Together we examine how we create our identities and our personal truth with thoughts, emotions and the events in our life, and we explore how we can move away from doing this without denying our human experiences.

We can always experience freedom. We simply need to know how to question our thinking and how to bring self-enquiry alive in every moment.
