Radical Love - Heart of Power

The Goddess is re-emerging in our world. Often called our 'feminine side' the energies we are talking about are essential for all of us to embrace at this time, not just women.

Our feminine side is the gentle strength of compassion, inner wisdom, connectedness, intuition and unity.

Over a long period of time the human race has been strengthening what we would call the qualities of male energy. Some examples of masculine energy are rational and logical thought, competition, doing, and individualism.

As a consequence of our culture valuing these qualities over the feminine ones of intuition, being, co-operation and togetherness we as individuals have mostly all swung in a male direction. Therefore whether you are a man or woman reading this the chances are you have a lot more masculine than feminine energy.

So, what’s the problem?

There is nothing wrong with masculine energy, we need it and it is part of our natural expression as humans. However we have become overly reliant on this way of living and relating and we are now really at a point where if we do not make some big changes we could see our own destruction.

Actually the solution is not complicated.

But first we need to acknowledge the truth: we are out of balance, and there is a huge unhappiness epidemic apparent, both in developed and developing countries.

And we need to ask a question: are we willing to take responsibility for our own growth and change at a deep level? Each of us needs to look to our self first to create the change we wish to see, we cannot look outside and keep saying "they should".

If we are ready and willing we are can start to explore what has been hidden away for several thousand years: the divine feminine, the Goddess, which is a natural part of our human expression too.

• Do you value your logical thinking processes more than your intuitive feelings?

Our creation and our evolution

It is very easy to see how our over reliance on masculine energy is playing out. Most people have insanely busy lives and in our developed countries we have huge social problems generated by the unhappiness, isolation misunderstanding and judgements we have about how we create happiness and who we are.

Just think for a moment about how many people are on anti- depressants right now? How many with addictions? How we use food, alcohol, drugs, the acquisition of material things, shopping
and work to bury our pain and escape our lives and feelings. Many of us feel unlovable and/or empty at a very deep level.

The Divine feminine is Love. It is the undeniable recognition of our innate connectedness with one another and the sacredness of all life. The conscious return to this realisation is in itself powerfully restorative and healing.

Think for a moment what kind of world we would create where unity, equality, creativity, compassion and understanding were the driving forces for our human evolution.

About this workshop

The Heart of Power workshop is for everybody, male and female, who wants to gain a better understanding of what feminine energy is and why it is important for all of us to deeply embody these qualities.

Many of us may have conscious or unconscious fears about returning to live more strongly from our feminine side, a lot of doubt and fear can arise when we ask ourselves to step away from our logical minds and move into our heart and intuition as our primary guiding force. Therefore this is also a healing process to acknowledge and release ourselves from individual and collective wounding.

The Workshop is more than understanding through words. We also use energy exchange and initiation. We use group, partnered and individual processes to explore and directly experience the strength and power of the heart – the divine feminine as a place to truly live from.
