The process of Awakening

Through our upbringing and culture we come to believe that our thoughts, emotions, experiences and our physical body define who we are. We assume this is to be true and so we create our identity in the world through our beliefs, our past and our roles – we define ourselves through what we do and what happens in our life.

But none of these can offer us a true or complete understanding of who we are.

When we explore and dig more deeply . . .

Something is revealed that explains us much more profoundly. We begin to see that the Essence and fabric of all existence is alive and operating within each of us, and we experience this as Love, as Peace, as Joy and as true Fulfilment.

These are our natural states of being and they are sustained ever more deeply as our awareness and recognition of the truth grows. There is a natural and beautiful empowerment that unfolds for each of us as we discover who we are, who everyone is, what life is.

When you know the truth of who you are it liberates you. Everything changes, because your relationship and understanding of life is completely different.

Integrating Awakening into daily life

Radical Love supports and assists the integration of awakening by exploring and seeing how our human challenges can lead us into experiencing the Love, Peace and fulfilment that are our natural states of being - or how they can take us away from them. Again we use direct experience here, as well as discussion.

How do you get to know your Essence?

Only by directly experiencing it for yourself!

Intellectual understanding about your Essence is very different from actually experiencing it.

• by uncoiling the conditioning, ideas and myths about who you are
• by growing your awareness of truth
• by being willing to explore the nature of you and the mystery of life
• by understanding the connection between your mind, emotions, experiences and your Essence.

Radical Love work

The focus and intention of all Radical Love work is to support and assist awakening through authentic and transformative self discovery - in a space of unconditional Love and support for everyone’s process of recognition.

To realise the truth we need to experience it. We cannot understand the true nature of who we are only with our thinking mind or just through words, we need to feel it. Therefore all Radical Love work offers processes for directly experiencing the deep Love and Peace that is permanently within you and is the essence and fabric of all life. Processes include using spiritual self enquiry, meditation and breath work.

Practical assistance and support are also given by cultivating a growing awareness of truth. We need to understand who we are not. So we debunk myths and false ideas and uncoil the layers of conditioning that we have all been heavily exposed to.
