About me
 I was born and grew up in Inner London in the 1960s. I wasn’t very interested
in my High School education but later I was drawn to Study Social Science at
college as a way of trying to understand myself and the world. I worked in
Social care and later as a Teacher.
London was intense and I worked and played hard until I escaped to Australia.
In Australia life offered me wonderful new opportunities. My search to
understand myself and other human beings shifted from personal, political and
social ideas to spirituality.
Much to my surprise life gave me a speedy career change and very soon I was
working as a Healer. I discovered the power and beauty of universal energy
through Pranic Healing, Reiki and crystals. For a few years I trained with
amazing people and helped establish the West Australian Institute for Inner
studies. This brought forth a clairvoyant ability that would have received a
healthy dose of scepticism from the woman I was a few years earlier.
In spite of committing myself to meditation and having a strong spiritual life I
often felt split inside. I felt the same pressure from my spiritual teachings
that had always been there in the “non-spiritual world”. It seemed that we were
striving to experience the more “desirable” spiritual qualities while not fully
accepting other aspects of our humanness. Something didn’t feel right - I
couldn’t feel a genuine acceptance for the whole human experience, only selected
segments of it.
It wasn’t until life connected me with several Awakened teachers that all the
pieces came together. I could feel the deep truth of unity, not only for a human
family and for all of life but also for the whole human enchilada - emotions,
thinking, experiences. I could feel this was all coming and going from the same
source and that source felt loving and incredible.
Gradually my internal struggle found more and more peace and quiet. What a
relief! And with this, the Love and true Fulfilment that is really the fabric of
who we are became ever more apparent and undisturbed; it was just there, with no
effort - just there, to be deeply felt and enjoyed.
You may be familiar with the expression the truth will set you free. This has
certainly been the case for me. And this can only be the way for you too. But
this truth is not the one you study for, or obtain through outside knowledge.
This truth is waiting for you to find it. It is simply there within you right
now waiting for your recognition . . . that’s why it’s called self-realisation.
Our awakenings to this truth, the absolute truth, are beautiful, powerful and
paramount to our human evolution. They are inseparable from the rising waves and
ripples of realisation that may bring forth a collective Global Awakening.
